I am super happy with the service and products!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jhamb and the rest of the team at Vision Source. I scheduled an appointment for my husband and I for a routine eye exam and to have my eyeglasses and contact lens prescription updated. We came in and were greeted by everyone at the office. While my husband took his pre-exam, I was scoping out their eyeglasses selection. One of the staff quickly came over to unlock all the eyeglasses so I could freely try on and test them out. It was pretty incredible that they picked out the one I would end up with on their first try. She took one look at my face and the glasses I was currently wearing, and suggested the style. At most places it takes a few tries to get the “one” right, but this was the first time that an eye office has gotten it spot on from the beginning.

Dr. Jhamb is amazing. She was so, SO thorough, and even tested things I had never done before. She’s extremely knowledgable, thoughtful, caring, and kind. I’ve never been to an eye doctor for the first time but felt so comfortable with everyone as if I’ve been going there for years.

Long story short, I am super happy with the service and products I ended up with, and am SO thankful to have found an eye doctor/office close to my house that I can rely on.

Dr. Krajnak was attentive and took extra time to do additional testing and as a result was able to address a problem every other optometrist and specialist had previously missed. My vision has significantly improved as a result. Everyone at this clinic has been professional and friendly, the front desk staff have been consistently helpful and accommodating, and I also purchased lovely frames here.

I was recommended the Hollyburn Eye Clinic and to Dr. Pavan Avinashi by a colleague. I also did research on Dr. Avinashi myself on Google and RateMD which is why I decided to make my first appointment with him. And, I was not disappointed. Dr. Pavan Avinashi is the BEST!!! He is not only extremely well trained and knowledgeable, he also takes his time explaining in detail and answering any questions you have. He is very engaging with all his patients. Vision Source New Westminster absolutely sets an example of how all medical offices should work! The front office staff are all very courteous and friendly the minute you walk in the door. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Avinashi to anyone!!

I was extremely happy with their service!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was extremely happy with their service. The doctor and staff were very friendly, very polite took their time and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The doctor was awesome. He tested my vision and did a great job explaining my results in context with a condition i’ve had since birth. Gave me his opinions on what i should and should not do and was in general very knowledgeable and helpful. Best explanation i got to date on everything.

I’m an SFU student and they knew exactly what i need to do to file my claim though the sfu insurance, gave me all the forms and explained how to fill them.

They honestly exceeded my expectations.
